1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ph775.cam ("ph775", "we", "us", "our", "Company", "Operator"), governing your access to and use of the ph775 online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, services, and content (collectively, the "Service" or "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any Service provided by ph775, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the ph775 Platform and refrain from registering an account. Your continued use of the Service following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ph775 Service, in compliance with Republic Act No. 9287 and regulations established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you are not legally prohibited from gambling under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or any other applicable jurisdiction. ph775 reserves the right to request identification documents to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within 30 days of request may result in account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of any funds and winnings in your account.

2.2 Account Registration Process

To access ph775 gaming services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may only register and maintain one account with ph775. Creating multiple accounts, registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including username and password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions and Persons

You may not register or use ph775 services if you are located in, or a resident or citizen of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. Additionally, the following persons are prohibited from registering or using ph775: employees of ph775 and their immediate family members; employees of game providers, payment processors, and other service providers to ph775; persons who have been self-excluded from gambling services; persons listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or other gambling regulatory authorities; and persons under legal incapacity or guardianship.

3. Account Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ph775 is legally required to verify the identity of all users to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and underage gambling. Upon registration or before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit identification documents for verification purposes, which may include but are not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing account holder name).

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

ph775 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) through various payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified for particular payment methods. Deposits are credited to your ph775 account immediately or within minutes depending on the payment method used. ph775 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and funds being returned to the source.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of account verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 may require additional verification and processing time up to 72 hours. ph775 reserves the right to impose monthly withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation for large or frequent withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may be cancelled by you prior to processing, but once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible.

Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom. ph775 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other manipulative practices are suspected, and to conduct investigation before releasing funds.

5. Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Game Integrity

5.3 Sports Betting and Settlement

If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Players suspected of bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended pending investigation and may face forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

ph775 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We encourage all players to gamble for entertainment purposes only, within their financial means, and to recognize warning signs of problem gambling. Players are responsible for monitoring their own gambling behavior and seeking help if they feel their gambling is becoming problematic. ph775 offers several responsible gaming tools accessible through your account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion for 24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

Players who self-exclude from ph775 will have their accounts suspended for the chosen period, during which they will not be able to access gaming services, make deposits, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period except in exceptional circumstances requiring written application and review. 8. Account Closure, Suspension, and Termination

ph775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, use of third-party payment methods, providing false information during registration or verification, abusive behavior toward staff, or any other conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to the integrity of our services. Before closing an account for breach of Terms, ph775 will typically conduct an investigation and provide the player with an opportunity to respond to allegations, except in cases of serious fraud or legal violations requiring immediate action.

Upon account closure for breach of Terms, ph775 may at its discretion withhold all or part of the account balance, cancel outstanding bets, and report the matter to relevant authorities including PAGCOR and law enforcement agencies. Players whose accounts are closed for breach retain the right to appeal the decision by submitting a written request with supporting evidence within 30 days of closure notification. Accounts may also be closed at the player's request at any time by contacting customer support and completing the account closure process. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to the player following standard withdrawal procedures and verification.

9. Intellectual Property and License

All content on the ph775 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ph775 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The ph775 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ph775 or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without prior written permission.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ph775 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform except as expressly authorized. You may not use automated systems including robots, spiders, scrapers, or data mining tools to access the Platform or collect content. Any unauthorized use terminates the license granted herein and may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The ph775 Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. ph775 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. You acknowledge that use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph775, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or any other matter relating to the Platform. In no event shall ph775's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to ph775 in the six months preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of ph775 services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between you and ph775. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc., with the arbitration to be conducted in Metro Manila in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the arbitration requirement, ph775 may seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or address urgent circumstances. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila for any legal action that is not subject to arbitration. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ph775.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. ph775's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any promotional terms applicable to specific bonuses, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph775 regarding use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account to any third party without ph775's prior written consent. ph775 may assign these Terms or delegate any obligations hereunder to any affiliate or successor entity without your consent. Notices to ph775 must be sent by email to [email protected] and are deemed received when we acknowledge receipt. Notices to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account and are deemed received 24 hours after sending. You consent to receive electronic communications from ph775 related to your account and use of the Service.
